Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure efficient operations
- Delegate tasks and monitor performance to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Serve as the point of contact for customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Open and/or close the location following established procedures and checklists
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Train and coach new and existing team members on policies and best practices
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times
Requirements:- Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be located in or able to commute to St. Johns, FL
