Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations, ensuring all staff perform efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members in customer service and food safety.
- Manage inventory and assist with budgeting to maintain profitability.
- Utilize Aloha POS systems for order management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in shift management within a restaurant or fast casual environment.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar technology is preferred.
- Background in baking is a plus.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example.
- Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable.
- Open Availability prefer as hours vary from 3:00am to 4pm
