Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow
• Control labor and food costs while maintaining high quality standards
• Handle guest issues professionally and with care
• Serve as a positive role model of hospitality and teamwork

Required Skills and Experience

• At least one year of experience in guest-focused businesses like retail, restaurant, or hospitality
• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a self-starting personality
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to support team members as needed
• Ability to effectively use point of sale systems
• Must be at least 17 years old
