Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
- Lead and mentor Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold Chick-fil-A's values.
- Manage inventory, financials, and administrative tasks effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of leadership or 2 years of college with a desire to grow in leadership
- Availability to open and/or close the store (shifts may start as early as 5:00 a.m. or end as late as 11:00 p.m.)
- You must have reliable transportation.
- Proven track record of team leadership, with a focus on coaching and developing others.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
