Key Responsibilities
- Open the cafe each morning and lead daily operations with enthusiasm
- Prepare and serve delicious smoothies and wholesome food following our recipes
- Greet guests warmly with a loud “Welcome In” and a smile
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to reach their full potential
- Manage cash, till, and ensure smooth point of sale transactions
- Maintain a spotless, welcoming cafe environment using checklists and systems
- Coordinate 3rd party deliveries and oversee opening duties
Preferred Experience & Skills
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in food service or related fields
- Knowledge of labor and food cost management
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks
