THE BASELINE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- High school diploma, some post high school education a plus
- 1-2 years previous leadership experience in some capacity
- Operations Management: Oversee daily tasks, ensuring smooth service, product quality, and compliance with Five Guys standards.
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, motivate, and supervise crew members; may assist with hiring and disciplinary actions.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the friendly service culture.
- Food & Safety: Ensure proper food preparation, quality, and strict adherence to health and sanitation regulations.
- Inventory & Maintenance: Manage supplies, inventory, and ensure the restaurant's equipment, facility, and grounds are clean and maintained.
- Financials: Handle cash, including register operations and reporting.
- Hands-On Work: Perform all crew member duties (grill, fries, prep, cashier) as needed.
