A national pizza franchise is seeking a dedicated and motivated LOOKING FOR DAY-EVENING AND LATE NIGHT Shift Assistant Manager to join our team.
Shift Details:
- Hours: 11 AM -4:00 AM (open avability)
- Availability: DAY-EVENING AND LATE NIGHT , including weekends as needed
- Better pay rate ,tip and bonus
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, casual dining, and customer service. As a Assistant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing staff, budgets, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.
- Assist in budgeting and inventory management to optimize resources.
- Train and mentor staff in service excellence, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during shifts.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events such as banquets and catering services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and safety protocols.
- Experience with cash handling and financial management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with banquet services, bartending, or catering is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
