Location: Staunton-Fishersville-Waynesboro-Lexington
Shifts Available: 5 am to 1 pm | 1 pm to 8 pm | 7am to 4pm
Opportunity: Potential to advance to Assistant Manager based on performance
Responsibilities:
- Shift Management: Deploy team members effectively to maintain speed of service and operational efficiency.
- Customer Service: Ensure every guest receives excellent hospitality and service.
- Team Environment: Promote a positive and proactive work atmosphere.
- Training & Development: Train and guide new team members to reach their full potential.
- Leadership: Collaborate with the central management team to achieve store goals.
Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available to work 4 to 5 days a week
- Punctuality: Demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with the team and management
- Problem Solving: Manage challenges with a solution-oriented approach
