About the Role Were looking for a high-energy, people-loving Shift Leader/Key Holder (Must be at least 18 years old and available to work 3-5 days, including nights and weekends) to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! Youll be the right-hand hero to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead and support our scoop squad
• Delivering amazing customer service
• Manage shifts (opening or closing) and daily operations
• Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Weekend/evening availability

Physical Requirements

• Carry up to 50lbs
• Stand and walk on a hard surface for 5-8 hours per day
• Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory
• Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in Freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking
