What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the morning shift team, ensuring smooth operations from open through peak hours
• Train and mentor crew members on food prep, customer service, and Salata standards
• Manage inventory, food quality, and cash handling with attention to detail
• Keep the line moving while maintaining our commitment to fresh, made-to-order quality
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude
• Communicate with management about staffing needs, supplies, and daily operations
