What you'll do:
- Set the pace and energy for your shift
- Greet regulars by name and keep guests happy
- Make great coffee and food, and show newer crew how it's done
- Open or close the register and help keep the shift on track
- Keep the line moving and the store clean
- Handle cash accurately and follow Dunkin' standards
What we're looking for:
- Reliability and steady energy under a rush
- Someone crew can look to during a busy shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service or food service experience preferred
