Job responsibilities, include the following:

provide an elevated customer experience

create a welcoming environment for all our customer and staff

work with a dynamic, diverse team to reach a common goal

handle opening and closing tasks with pride and diligence

opening and closing the store with a team

ensuring the team working beneath you upholds all standards and adheres to all procedures

assist with scheduling, ordering and inventory control

on-board and train staff according to company guidelines

assist with cash handling

assist with all company wide operational initiatives
