Responsibilities

• Blend delicious smoothies that meet our guests' needs.
• Engage with guests to provide a friendly and welcoming experience.
• Prep fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients with care.
• Perform opening and closing duties efficiently.
• Assist in managing team members during shifts.
• Handle cash, inventory, and store assignments responsibly.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable and punctual.
