Your Responsibilities:
•* Oversee daily bakery operations while upholding company policies, procedures, and quality standards
•* Deliver exceptional guest service; address and resolve guest concerns to encourage return visits
•* Communicate operational issues, successes, and concerns promptly to the General Manager
•* Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance expectations to team members
