As Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching, training and the necessary development of Team members to provide an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Duties of this position will include ensuring the effective operation of the restaurant, customer service, quality control, supervision of maintenance, administrating paperwork and preparing banking deposits.
