Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members to maintain high customer product and service standards
• Foster a loving and enthusiastic team environment
• Ensure quality store operations and cleanliness throughout the shift
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Operate food preparation machinery and cash registers accurately
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and security guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft software and register operations
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop during shifts
• Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers with temperatures from 40°F to -10°F
• Strong communication and delegation skills to manage daily store procedures
