About the role - you will:
We are looking for an inspiring leader to motivate, mentor, and develop a team of Engineering Specialists. As the Shift Equipment Technician Manager, you will oversee planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance across a wide range of complex manufacturing equipment. Your leadership will ensure the highest standards of equipment availability and effectiveness.

Work Shifts: 12-hour onsite shifts that include days and nights. (Working shift include: - 4 nights on 4 days off, 2 days on 2 days off, 3 days on 3 days off,3 nights 3 days off, 2 days on 2 days off). The rota will then repeat.
This is a Full-Time position working 42 hours per week, on-site working.
