SHIFT COORDINATOR

Manufacturing Company is West Columbia, SC is currently looking to hire experienced, dedicated, and reliable individuals to fill these positions

The Shift Coordinator 2nd is responsible for performing the following duties:

• Coordinates manufacturing team activities to ensure safe work practices, on time delivery, and quality of product
• Devises and implements developmental plans for teams and individuals. Coordinates training requirements and continuos improvement activities.
• Ensures effective communication with other Operations Managers and departments
• Ensures compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• May be required to train others.
• Ensures compliance with all quality policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Associates Degree in a related field of study preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years industrial experience.
• Prefer of three (3) years supervisory experience in the industrial field.
