Duties:
- Facilitate the adoption process by matching cats with suitable adopters, supporting clients through decision-making, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide detailed information about our services, including admissions, foster care, veterinary wellness, behavior resources, TNR, and community cat programs.
- Address sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism, guiding clients to internal or external resources as needed.
- Create a welcoming and positive environment where every client feels valued, informed, and supported.
- Facilitate transactions with accuracy and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers, including managing money and receipts, and perform end-of-day reconciliations to ensure financial accountability.
- Respond to and direct all incoming emails and phone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring client needs are met or routed appropriately.
- Maintain updated animal and client records through immediate and accurate data entry.

- Associate's degree, or at least 2 years of experience working in an administrative or professional capacity.
- At least 1-year experience working with cats and kittens in a shelter, rescue, or veterinary practice environment is preferred.
- Computer skills required: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and basic office equipment. Familiarity with shelter management software is preferred.
- Familiarity with cat behavior is preferred.
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
