    Position: Drywaller

    Work Schedule: 40–70 hours per week depending on project demands. Overtime available at 1.5× for eligible hours.

    Summary  

    The Drywaller safely performs carpentry, drywall, and related tasks on construction sites. This role is responsible for high‑quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and supporting less experienced team members. The Drywaller reports to the Lead Drywaller or Superintendent.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities  

    • Follow all safety policies, OSHA standards, and job site requirements.

    • Perform drywall and carpentry work to high-quality and safety standards.

    • Operate hand and power tools.

    • Inspect and operate aerial lifts, skid steers, and forklifts.

    • Hang, tape, sand, and paint drywall efficiently.

    • Unload, store, and stage materials for job site operations.

    • Maintain a clean and safe job site.

    • Perform demolition as needed.

    • Complete additional related duties as assigned.



    Requirements

    Qualifications  

    • Minimum 5 years of drywall experience.

    • Ability to travel to job sites as required.

    • Strong judgment and problem‑solving skills.

    Skills, Knowledge & Abilities  

    • Ability to read and understand blueprints.

    • Knowledge of construction site practices and safety regulations.

    • Ability to follow detailed instructions.

    • Ability to determine proper tools and equipment for each task.

    • Comfortable working in a high‑intensity environment.

    • Strong motivation, integrity, and commitment to quality work.

    Working Environment / Physical Requirements  

    • Sitting, standing, walking on uneven surfaces, climbing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally.

    • Ability to work in environments with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels.

    • Ability to see, hear, and verbally communicate with team members and clients.

    • Near visual acuity required for reviewing documentation.

    • Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
