We're looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Superintendent / Foreman to lead commercial sheet metal projects from start to finish. What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate union sheet metal foremen and field crews across multiple job sites.
- Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee commercial HVAC and sheet metal installation projects while ensuring work meets blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Manage material orders, deliveries, and job site logistics.
- Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Identify and resolve field issues related to fabrication, installation, scheduling, and quality.
- Drive quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvements throughout each project.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sheet Metal Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial sheet metal installation and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Experience supervising field crews and coordinating multiple projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Thorough understanding of OSHA safety standards and job site compliance.
