We're looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Superintendent / Foreman to lead commercial sheet metal projects from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in the field, enjoys mentoring crews, and is committed to delivering high-quality work safely and on schedule.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise and coordinate union sheet metal foremen and field crews across multiple job sites.
  • Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Oversee commercial HVAC and sheet metal installation projects while ensuring work meets blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Manage material orders, deliveries, and job site logistics.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Identify and resolve field issues related to fabrication, installation, scheduling, and quality.
  • Drive quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvements throughout each project.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Sheet Metal Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial sheet metal installation and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
  • Experience supervising field crews and coordinating multiple projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of OSHA safety standards and job site compliance.
