seeking highly skilled Sheet Metal / Structures Mechanic candidates for one of
its clients in Fort Worth / Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Our client is a
recognized aviation, aerospace, airline, manufacturing, or MRO organization
supporting aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, production, line
maintenance, and/or airworthiness operations.

Job Overview: We
are hiring a skilled Sheet Metal / Structures Mechanic to support commercial
aircraft structural maintenance, repairs, modifications, and heavy check
activities in an MRO environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience with aircraft structural repairs, drilling, riveting, layout work,
and interpretation of SRM/engineering documents. Experience on Boeing 737
and/or Boeing 777 aircraft is preferred.We

and/or Boeing 777 aircraft is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform
aircraft sheet metal and structural repairs, removals, installations,
modifications, and fabrication tasks in accordance with approved data.
- Read and
interpret Structural Repair Manual (SRM), engineering drawings, blueprints,
task cards, service bulletins, and customer work instructions.
- Layout, drill,
countersink, ream, fit, install, and finish aircraft structural components and
fasteners.
- Repair or
replace skins, doublers, brackets, frames, stringers, panels, doors, fairings,
and other structural assemblies.
- Use precision
measuring tools, hand tools, pneumatic tools, and shop equipment safely and
accurately.
- Complete
required documentation and coordinate with Quality/Inspection for buyback and
conformity requirements.
- Maintain FOD
prevention, tool control, housekeeping, and safe work practices around aircraft
and shop areas.\
Requirements:
- Minimum 3
years of aircraft sheet metal, structures, or modification experience
preferred.
- Commercial
MRO, heavy maintenance, or aircraft modification experience strongly preferred.
- Experience on
B737 and/or B777 aircraft preferred; other commercial transport-category
aircraft experience may be considered.
- Ability to
read SRM, engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions in
English.
- Experience
with layout, drilling, riveting, fastener installation/removal, corrosion
repair, and structural rework.
- A&P
license preferred but not mandatory where client requirements allow.
- Must be able
to work at heights, in confined areas, and around aircraft in a production
environment.
- Must provide
tools as required by the client/tool listing.
