Job Description
We are hiring experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Mechanics / HVAC Duct Installers for a large commercial construction project in Tallahassee, FL. Candidates must have 5+ years of commercial HVAC duct installation experience and be comfortable working on both new construction and renovation projects.

Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC ductwork, including rectangular, spiral, and round duct systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and mechanical plans
- Measure, cut, assemble, and hang sheet metal duct systems
- Install VAV boxes, dampers, hangers, supports, and related HVAC components
- Seal and insulate ductwork as required
- Perform field layout and fabrication when necessary
- Ensure installations meet project specifications and applicable building codes
- Safely work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
- Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades
