Savard is seeking experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics to fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork for an air conditioning system at a school construction project in Lake Charles, LA.
Job Duties

• Fabricate sheet metal ductwork according to project specifications.
• Assemble and install HVAC ductwork and related components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal as needed.
• Ensure ductwork is properly installed and aligned.
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings.
• Experience fabricating, assembling, and installing ductwork.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Shifts:

• Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM

• Temp-Perm
