    We are currently offering relocation and a sign on bonus for skilled Sheet Metal Foremen to join our esteemed team.

    Essential Skills:

    • A minimum of 10 years of invaluable commercial experience.
    • Proficiency in various ductwork methodologies including TDF, Pittsburgh and snap lock construction, TDC, Duct mate, 22mm, 35mm, S & D, Spiral, Duct Board Fiberglass, and FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic ductwork).
    • Extensive familiarity with local building codes.
    • Fundamental knowledge of OSHA and ADOSH safety requirements, adhering strictly to company policies.
    • Basic understanding of shop equipment, layout, and fabrication principles.
    • Ability to meticulously layout a duct system from blueprints and establish elevations.

    Key Performance Objectives:

    • Meticulous planning and pre-planning, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Proficient interpretation of blueprints, sketches, and product specifications to determine fabrication, assembly, and installation methods for sheet metal products.
    • Oversight of the entire duct detailing function, from ordering and coordinating materials to inspecting for accuracy and completeness.
    • Effective coordination of ductwork with other trades and timely scheduling of subcontractors and equipment deliveries.
    • Supervision of duct, duct accessories, equipment, and related material installation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and code compliance.
    • Daily management responsibilities including reviewing timecards, setting installation goals, conducting safety inspections, providing direction to crews, and enforcing quality standards.
