Job Title: Working Shop Supervisor / Sheet Metal Fabricator

Location: Warminster, PA

Pay Rate: $28.00 – $30.00 / hour

Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site

We are seeking a hands-on Working Shop Supervisor with sheet metal fabrication and welding expertise to lead our shop floor in Warminster, PA. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop workflow, ensuring productivity, quality control, and workplace safety.

• Set up and operate sheet metal machinery, including shears, press brakes, and CNC punches.

• Perform precision TIG welding on light-gauge stainless steel and other metals.

• Read engineering drawings, layout jobs, and fabricate custom industrial equipment from start to finish.

• Mentor and direct shop personnel while managing project timelines.
