Sheet Metal Fabrication Operator
Location: Hastings, NE
Pay: $23.70/hour plus shift differential
Shifts Available:
2nd Shift: 3: 00 PM 1: 30 AM
3rd Shift: 6: 30 PM 5: 00 AM

Responsibilities
Set up and operate sheet metal fabrication equipment.
Cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill and test metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Use measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
Perform machine setup and basic operations with training and support.
Follow standard work procedures and safety guidelines.
Help maintain high standards for safety, quality, delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Experience using measuring equipment.
Ability to learn machine setup and fabrication processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Please Note: New hires should be prepared to stand throughout the interactive three-day orientation.
