    Start your shift by powering up a workstation and preparing tools for the day. You’ll rotate through key fabrication machines—learning how each one shapes sheet metal into precise parts that keep production flowing.

    What you'll handle

    • Operate a variety of fabrication machines, including punch presses, shears, rolls, power brakes, and saws.
    • Cut, bend, straighten, and form sheet metal to exact specifications.
    • Build simple shop aids—stops, guides, feeding aids, and blocks—to support efficient production.
    • Follow established procedures, work instructions, and all safety protocols.
    • Complete routine production tasks and make basic decisions using standard operating procedures.

    • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely in a manufacturing setting.
