    Support a High-Profile Army G4 Knowledge Management Project at the Pentagon

    An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced SharePoint (O365) Developer to support a critical Army G4 project focused on digitizing data and moving it to the cloud to enable enhanced dashboard capabilities. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in SharePoint development who excel in high-impact environments. As a SharePoint Developer, you’ll leverage SharePoint Online and on-premises versions to develop and manage knowledge management solutions, ensuring effective data access and collaboration. This full-time, on-site position is initially based at the Pentagon but may eventually become remote (after several months).


    Overview

    • Develop and manage SharePoint environments to support Army knowledge management policies and strategies.
    • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve knowledge management processes.
    • Create and maintain automated workflows and custom applications using Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps.
    • Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Azure, Graph API, and PnP PowerShell) to enhance SharePoint functionality.


    Qualifications

    • Experience: 5+ years in SharePoint development, including Online and on-premises, with a strong understanding of site architecture (site collections, lists, libraries, web parts, and workflows).
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development using TypeScript, React, or Angular.
    • Certifications: DoD 8570 Level II (Security+) and Microsoft PL400 (required).
    • Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Security Clearance:** Active Secret clearance adjudicated by DCSA within the past 5 years.


    Compensation & Benefits 

    • Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

    • Location: Pentagon, Washington, DC - Monday to Friday schedule
