    Description:
    Business Initiative/Purpose: (Goal, Business Impact, Accomplishments from the work)
    • Build and maintain the team SharePoint-based enablement hub and supporting documentation, standardize processes, and coordinate team standups and operational cadence. Keeps application security enablement resources organized, current, and easy for application teams to self-serve.

    Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)
    • Build, maintain, and organize SharePoint Online sites, pages, libraries, and permissions for the enablement hub.
    • Create and maintain clear documentation, process guides, FAQs, and knowledge content.
    • Coordinate and facilitate team standups, capture and track action items, and maintain operational cadence.
    • Apply content governance to prevent duplication and keep resources current and easy to find.
    • Provide light program / project coordination and status tracking for the team.

    Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)
    • Hands-on experience building and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, and libraries.
    • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
    • Experience coordinating meetings / standups and tracking action items to closure.
    • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)
    • Familiarity with content governance and information architecture.
    • Basic understanding of application security or IT / security concepts.
    • Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint lists, or simple workflow automation.
    • Agile/scrum coordination experience.
