SharePoint Developer

The Sharepoint Developer will perform as both a SharePoint specialist and a general web developer , capable of building and maintaining complex intranets, custom SharePoint apps, and integrated web solutions that improve collaboration, efficiency, and user experience across the DIA. Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category with 12 years experience OR have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s Degree.

Overview:

BigBear.ai is seeking a Sr. SharePoint User/ Web Developer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The  Sharepoint Developer  will perform as both a SharePoint specialist and a general web developer, capable of building and maintaining complex intranets, custom SharePoint apps, and integrated web solutions that improve collaboration, efficiency, and user experience across the DIA .  This position will be based out of Washington, D.C. and will require onsite support.

What you will do:

This position will be supporting our DIA customer within the Office of Communications Engagment presence supporting internal and external communications platforms. You will have the opportunity to engage with public affairs teams to accurately message communications and comply with organizational standards. In this role, you will assist with building and maintaining the organizations daily sharepoint site and develop scripted tools to streamline workforce processes allowing publications and announcements to be posted to public facing websites.

What you need to have:

 

• Strong SharePoint super-user experience, including site configuration, permissions, lists, libraries, pages, and content management as a sole contributor
• Some development and customization experience to support technical enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, with Power Automate and Power Apps experience preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical SharePoint solutions.
• Comfortable supporting end users while independently handling more technical SharePoint requirements.
• Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category with 12 years experience OR have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s Degree.

• Ability to set expectations, define project timelines, and deliver quality products with minimal supervision or oversight
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
