Responsibilities
Formulate, implement, and manage advanced IT strategies for web design and development, including evaluating current IT capabilities, identifying gaps, and recommending actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency and enable innovation
Provide expert-level SharePoint and web development expertise, developing dashboards and workflows, managing front-end services including website/web page creation, permission groups, site administration, template creation, and solution creation
Recommend best practices, troubleshoot issues, maintain knowledge of platform upgrades, and provide strategic guidance to leadership on the execution of key IT initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to create IT roadmaps, define project scopes, align initiatives with business goals, and mentor junior team members to foster continuous improvement within the IT organization
Required Qualifications
TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)
Minimum 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. This requirement cannot be substituted.
