Description

Job Summary

This remote position involves working on the Infrastructure Support Services 2 Program for a client, supporting the Common Services Delivery, Enterprise Operations, and Enterprise Infrastructure Teams. The role focuses on transitioning from previous contractor outputs to delivering more relevant services. This includes discovering, realigning, and refreshing previous SharePoint efforts and activities, including addressing orphaned and abandoned pages.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive the discovery, realignment, and refresh of a significant amount of SharePoint efforts and activities from a long-term previous contractor.
  • Collaborate with the Business Process Engineering and Knowledge Management teams to correct orphaned and abandoned SharePoint sites/pages.
  • Develop and clean up dashboards and reporting to provide increased clarity, insight, and value to both management and clients.
  • Work with Program Senior Leadership to validate existing and additional metrics and reporting formats.
  • Report to the Common Services Delivery Program Manager and participate in meetings, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Support the development and maintenance of solutions to customer business/management/process problems.
  • Create user accounts and groups for SharePoint site access.
  • Maintain the access integrity of SharePoint sites used to manage full-scale program execution projects.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks to maintain SharePoint health through data purging, archiving, and logging initiatives.
  • Develop documentation, including user guides, technical documentation, and administration manuals for SharePoint sites and tools.
  • Analyze program metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Perform minor troubleshooting activities to support site users.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to interface with customers and peers.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems, SQL databases, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering) and 8 years of SharePoint and other relevant experience.

Experience

  • Analysis and cleanup/restructuring/refresh of existing SharePoint data sources, reports, and dashboards.
  • Proven experience working independently and with multiple teams to achieve improvement and realignment in a high-visibility role under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior levels.
  • Seasoned in metrics analysis, development, and data sources.
  • History of producing new dashboards and enhancing existing dashboards.
  • Extensive experience in SharePoint report production.
  • Experience in training small teams in SharePoint report production.
