    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelors degree. Two years of experience in human resources, payroll, or conducting business analysis are required. Additional experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including HCM Business Analysts, ERP Business Analysts, Consultants, and Knowledge Transfer teams. The Shared Services Analyst is responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, validating, and testing the functional operation of INFORMS (PeopleSoft), the countys HR system. This position involves collaborating closely with the HCM Business Analysts, cross-functional teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation of HCM PeopleSoft modules such as Payroll, Core Human Resources, Benefits, Talent & Acquisition Management (TAM), Absence Management, Time & Labor, ePerformance, Position Management, Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA), and other HR applications.
