You will facilitate training programs, conduct safety meetings, deliver engaging presentations, and provide technical expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP), while maintaining a strong field presence and engaging directly with drivers and operations personnel to uphold risk mitigation and operational excellence. You will regularly review and manage compliance systems to ensure all required safety, environmental, and transportation-related tasks are completed, this includes supporting distribution-focused training, driver observations, ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and site inspections.
