Title: SFMC Tech Lead

Pay Range: $50 - $55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are looking for an experienced SFMC Technical Lead with 8–10 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of IT experience with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation and customer journey orchestration.
- Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder.
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS for developing personalized and dynamic email communications.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ability to define technical standards, coding guidelines, and deployment best practices.
- Experience in leading code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SFMC developers and administrators.
- Support release management, environment strategy, and production deployments.
