SFDC Developer

JD- We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce-based applications and enhancements. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce, and be able to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and distributed technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce. • Build custom business logic, integrations, workflows, and platform automation. • Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce pages. • Customize standard Salesforce capabilities to meet approved business requirements. • Create and optimize Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes. • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Required Technical Skills • Strong hands-on experience in Apex development. • Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, including Lightning Web Components and/or Aura Components. • Hands-on development experience with Visualforce. • Experience with SOQL, SOSL, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing. • Experience with Salesforce platform configuration and customization is preferred. • Working knowledge of Salesforce APIs and system integrations is preferred. • Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management practices. • Experience using Git or an equivalent version-control system. Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred. • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is an added advantage

Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning teams. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of salesforce development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning projects from inception to completion.

2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

3. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the salesforce platform.

4. Develop and customize salesforce applications using apex, visual force, and lightning components.

5. Ensure best practices are followed in salesforce development processes.

6. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to meet project requirements.

7. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions on the salesforce platform.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in salesforce apex development including triggers, classes, batch apex, and declarative features.

2. Strong experience in salesforce lightning web components, aura framework, and lightning design system.

3. In-depth knowledge of integration with external systems using rest and soap apis.

4. Familiarity with salesforce data modeling, security and sharing settings, and deployment strategies.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

6. Strong communication skills to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively.

• The Portal may use third-party verification services where applicable
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any document or information that appears invalid or misleading

5. Use of Portal Services

You agree to use the Portal in compliance with:

• Instructions provided on the Portal

Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading false or misleading information
• Interfering with Portal operations
• Sharing your credentials or login with others
• Attempting to bypass or manipulate application processes
