- 1+ years of Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) development experience
- 5+ years of experience with programming languages:
o Apex
o Core Java
o JavaScript
- 3-5 years of experience working with:
o Force.com IDE
o Apex Data Loader
o ANT
o AutoRABIT (preferred)
- Experience in Agentforce building AI agents
- Experience in Agile methodology, with preferred experience in SAFe methodology
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- 5+ years of healthcare background (payer/provider, claims intake/routing)
Core Responsibilities
- Design and build Health Cloud + Service Cloud solutions for claims inventory workflow optimization
- Integrate with upstream systems via REST, Bulk, and FHIR APIs, and event streams (Kafka/MQ)
- Lead delivery including:
o Story grooming
o Solution design
o Code reviews
o Performance tuning
o CI/CD
- Govern compliance including:
o HIPAA/PHI security
o Auditability
o Role/permission modeling
- Mentor developers and collaborate with Architecture, Product, Security, and Data teams
