Support post-go-live hypercare, triage production defects, and manage enhancement requests within a structured release management cycle."
Deep functional understanding of mid-term contract amendments, including add-ons, upsells, downgrades, early renewals, cancellations, and co-terming logic
Partner with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Finance to define key SaaS/recurring revenue metrics (e.g., ARR/MRR, Churn, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Renewal Rates) and reflect them in system reporting.
Lead end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, risks, and issue tracking.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to project methodology.
Manage change requests, ensuring impact analysis and approvals are properly handled.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
