Job Title: SFDC BA/Product manager
Location: 3495 Deer Creek Road, Palo Alto, CA 94304
Duration: 4 months
Pay Rate: $60/hr - $80/hr on W2
 
What the client does?
Our client is a Security and AI company. We help organizations achieve cyber resilience by securing their data across enterprise, cloud, and SaaS environments protecting against ransomware, accelerating recovery, and turning data into intelligence. As AI reshapes how enterprises operate and defend themselves, our AI Engineering team builds the agentic systems that make our platform smarter, faster, and more autonomous.
 
Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Coordinate with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
4. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, risks, and issue tracking.
5. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to project methodology.
6. Manage change requests, ensuring impact analysis and approvals are properly handled.
7. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
8. Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
9. Drive user adoption by supporting training, change management, and stakeholder communications.
10. Act as the escalation point for project-related issues and work to resolve them quickly.
11. Support post-go-live hypercare, triage production defects, and manage enhancement requests within a structured release management cycle."
12. Deep functional understanding of mid-term contract amendments, including add-ons, upsells, downgrades, early renewals, cancellations, and co-terming logic
13. Partner with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Finance to define key SaaS/recurring revenue metrics (e.g., ARR/MRR, Churn, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Renewal Rates) and reflect them in system reporting.

 
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
2. 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing Salesforce projects.
3. Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
4. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
5. Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project Manager/Consultant credentials preferred).
6. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 
Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project for project tracking.
2. Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (NetSuite).
3. Exposure to release management and DevOps tools (Copado).
4. Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts.
