Shift:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Basic English communication skills required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sewing experience required
• Production sewing experience preferred
• Must provide sewing work samples during the interview process
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and meet production deadlines
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Duties

• Perform sewing operations to support product creation
• Conduct quality assurance checks on completed work
• Prepare products for the next stage of production
• Follow OSHA and workplace safety standards
• Complete assigned production tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, technical support, and coworkers
• Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand or sit for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, crouching, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards

What You Will Do

As a Sewing Specialist you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

A Sewing Specialist contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.

The Sewing Specialist supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
