Job Title: Sewing Operator Job Description
Reports to: Director, Production & Quality Assurance
Responsibilities:
? Cut and sew production orders according to the highest of quality standards;
? Cut and sew samples;
? Track order of operations when necessary;
? Give feedback on order of operations in order to make improvements;
? Keep sewing area clean and organized;
? Vacuum sewing machines weekly;
? Attend production meetings when necessary;
? Assist with quality control when necessary;
? Inform Production and Operations Director when sewing equipment requires maintenance or supplies are about to run out so more can be ordered; and
? Represent Rightfully Sewn at occasional internal events, such as tours and meetings.

? Extremely organized and attentive to detail;
? Well-presented;
? Communicative via email and in-person;
? Able to work on multiple projects;
? Able to work independently but feel empowered to ask questions when necessary;
