About the Role

We are seeking skilled sewing operators to join our manufacturing team. This position involves operating industrial sewing machines to sew, assemble, and finish products according to detailed patterns and work instructions. The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency to meet daily production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, assemble, and finish products following patterns and work instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Measure and align materials precisely prior to sewing.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and identify/report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and meet production standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines during operations.
• Meet daily production quotas and ensure quality standards are upheld.

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial sewing machines.
• Knowledge of sewing, assembly, and product finishing processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production specifications.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 30 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes.
