Key Responsibilities
- Set up production jobs and assembly equipment accurately
- Troubleshoot and maintain presses and production equipment
- Verify blueprints, gauges, components, tooling, and job instructions
- Perform first-piece inspections and required changeovers
- Assist with production and equipment troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year of related experience
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well in a team environment
