CNC Setup Operator - Up to $26/hr | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Mentor, OH
Pay: $24-$26/hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
Available Shifts
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM — $24/hour
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM — $25/hour
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM — $26/hour

What You'll Do
- Set up and operate custom CNC-controlled Feederbar machines
- Install and change tooling for production runs
- Load aluminum bars into machines
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers and calipers
- Perform quality checks alongside the Quality Department
- Troubleshoot equipment and maintain safe operation
What We're Looking For
- Previous CNC setup or machining experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience using micrometers and calipers
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic shop math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing for the majority of the shift
- Steel toe boots required
- Ability to read and write in English
Preferred (but not required):
- CNC repair or troubleshooting experience
- Experience setting tooling on multi-station machines
Work Environment
This position is in a manufacturing facility where temperatures may vary depending on the season.
