    Description

    The Loan Services Tax and Insurance team is looking for a Servicing Analyst who will focus on the following responsibilities:

    • Notify borrowers and/or insurance agents of expired or non-compliant insurance coverage that does not meet loan document requirements.
    • Request required insurance documentation to support insurance waiver submissions.
    • Upload renewal documents, policies, and waiver support documentation to lender portals, as needed.
    • Obtain Schedules of Values (SOVs) for insurance policies and apply information to internal templates for compliance validation.
    • Request insurance invoices and paid receipts from borrowers and/or insurance agents.
    • Request shortage amounts related to tax or insurance obligations.
    • Prepare submissions for new insurance vendor payees.
    • Create and submit overnight payment alerts, as required.
    • Request insurance reinstatements from borrowers and/or insurance agents.
    • Order Marshall & Swift evaluations to support verification of updated property values.
    • Ensure insurance and tax-related servicing activities are completed in accordance with loan documents, investor requirements, and internal policies.
    • Track outstanding requests and follow up in a timely manner to ensure resolution of open insurance, tax, and compliance items.
    • Exercise sound judgment in identifying issues, escalating concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of borrower, insurance, tax, and servicing-related matters.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and status updates within applicable servicing systems and tracking tools.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Power BI is preferred.
    • Prior commercial mortgage servicing, insurance, tax, or real estate finance experience is preferred.
    • Must demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to perform effectively in a customer-focused, team-oriented environment while demonstrating professionalism, collaboration, and sound judgment.
