Duties:
- We have an exciting opportunity for a coordinator in the support of Test and Measurement service solutions. This Services and Support Coordinator position is for a key individual who will work at our facility in Nashua NH supporting both internal and external customer's experience with client solutions, processes, and services.
Specific duties include:
- Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives according to prescribed procedures and requests.
- Enter, Maintain, and support data entry in various systems to support delivery operations.
- Establish and maintain close communication with both internal organization and external customers to ensure optimal performance in support services and contractual obligations.
- Communicates with customers for issue resolution and response.
- Solves a broad range of service / support requests varying in scope and complexity.
Skills:
This critical role requires the following skills:
- Typically, minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Experience with database tracking and management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers.
- Strong attention to details, ability to multitask and organizational skills.
- Will require understanding of general and technical aspects of various contract requirements and processes.
- Need to be able to document processes and work instructions.
- Ability work with reports and perform data analysis.
- Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions.
- Based on customer requirements, candidate must be able to pass a background check.
