Position Overview
Bulls Eye Recruiting is seeking an accomplished senior enterprise sales professional to drive net-new business across large enterprise accounts and multiple industries. This is a senior individual-contributor role for a consultative seller who can create executive access, uncover high-value business problems, shape solutions with technical and delivery teams, and lead complex opportunities from initial conversation through commercial agreement, revenue, and expansion.
Our client is an AI and data services company that combines domain expertise and an AI-Native operating model to deliver measurable business outcomes — quickly, economically, and at scale. Our delivery model is designed to move clients beyond experimentation and into production quickly, with trust, governance, economics, and measurable value built into the approach.
Our Go-to-Market Approach
A central element of our market strategy is a business-value-led approach designed to identify a high-value opportunity and deliver measurable business value in as little as 30 days. We begins with three inputs—business priorities, process and domain knowledge, and secure access to relevant data and technology—and uses rapid 3–5 day sprint cycles to strategize and align, plan and design, build and deploy, and launch and measure.
The goal is a production-ready solution with outcomes measured against agreed success metrics, lessons captured, and the next value opportunity identified. From there, our AI-Native model supports a land-and-expand journey from proving value, to scaling outcomes across workflows and business functions, to running and managing an AI-Native operation.
The Role
The successful candidate will be a senior enterprise transformation seller who is capable of engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, business-unit leaders, and other senior executives on their business and operational challenges, then mobilizing our client’s domain, solution, engineering, and delivery capabilities to create measurable outcomes.
The individual will be expected to create net-new business, develop durable executive relationships, and own opportunities through close and expansion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a focused enterprise sales strategy across targeted industries and accounts.
- Leverage an established executive network while also creating new relationships and access within large enterprises.

- Work closely with domain experts, solution architects, engineering, delivery, and executive leadership to shape differentiated solutions.
- Lead opportunities through proposal development, pricing, negotiation, MSA/SOW execution, supplier onboarding, and transition to delivery.
- Develop multi-threaded relationships so client relationships extend beyond a single contact or transaction.
- Expand successful initial engagements into broader AI-Native transformation opportunities across workflows, functions, and enterprise operations.
- Maintain disciplined CRM, pipeline, forecast, opportunity-stage, and next-action management.
- Provide market intelligence on client priorities, competitive dynamics, emerging use cases, and where Aligned Automation should invest or differentiate.
- Represent Aligned Automation in executive meetings, industry events, roundtables, and other relationship-development settings.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise professional technology services, digital innovation, data and analytics, cloud, application modernization, automation, AI, or adjacent services.

- Strong commercial judgment, including an understanding of professional-services economics, pricing, scope, margin, risk, and deal quality.

- A collaborative working style and comfort partnering closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and other executives throughout major pursuits.
- High ownership, urgency, transparency, forecast discipline, and a bias toward measurable outcomes.
