Technical Guidance: Oversee architectural decisions, technical design, and implementation approaches to ensure scalability.
Project Management: Develop project plans, manage budgets, resource allocation, and project lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation stabilization.
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate requirement workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide regular executive reporting.
Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive quality delivery via UAT and testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of managing ServiceNow implementations.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities (CMDB, Service Portal, ITSM) and ITSM/ITIL processes.
Certification: PMP or similar certification is typically required; ServiceNow certifications (CSA) are strongly preferred.
Methodology: Expertise in Agile development, hybrid project management, and SDLC.
Communication: Strong ability to communicate with both technical developers and non-technical business stakeholders.
