TNI(Telecom Network Inventory) / TSM (Telecommunication Service Management) experience
Roles & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have:
Service Management and Telecom Operations experience.
Multiple end-to-end TNI/TSM implementation or remediation engagements.
Strong telecom inventory modelling expertise.
Deep knowledge of network circuits, connectivity services, and telecom operations.
Experience leading data migration and inventory reconciliation projects.
Experience working with NOC, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Operations teams.
Proven track record in production go-live, cutover planning, and operational adoption initiatives.
